Resolution of the Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund specifying the amount of the contribution to the Resolution Fund for 2026 The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”) informs that, in accordance with the Resolution No. 16/2026 adopted by Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund on 20 March 2026, the contribution to the Resolution Fund due from the Bank for 2026, including the adjustment of the contribution for 2025, amounts to PLN 285,107,458.38. The above amount will be recognised by the Bank as costs of the first quarter of 2026.
