The 39th Ordinary General Meeting of mBank S.A. - resolution on the division of the 2025 net profit and resolution on the division of the undivided profit from previous years - no dividend payment The Management Board of mBank S.A. announces that on 31st March 2026, the 39th Ordinary General Meeting of mBank S.A. adopted: - a resolution on the division of the 2025 net profit The net profit earned by mBank S.A. in 2025, amounting to PLN 3 547 318 501.51 is left undivided. - a resolution on the division of the undivided profit from previous years. The undivided profit from previous years, amounting to PLN 3 651 549 717.30 is left undivided. These resolutions do not provide for dividend payment. | ||||||||||
