Costs of legal risk related to foreign currency loans The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”) informs that in connection with the decision taken on April 7, 2026 by the Bank, the costs of legal risk related to loans indexed to foreign currencies recognized in Q1 2026, amounted to PLN 72,6 million. These costs result from the update of model parameters. The final value of costs of legal risk related to loans indexed to foreign currencies in Q1 2026 will be disclosed in the financial statements for Q1 2026 due to be announced on April 30, 2026.
