Admission of 5,500 mBank S.A. Shares to Trading on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Date of Their First Listing Following Conversion and Assimilation

The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”) hereby announces, in accordance with the information obtained, that by resolution dated 17 June 2026, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., “WSE”) resolved to admit, as of 26 June 2026, to trading on the main market, in the ordinary procedure, 5,500 Bank shares designated by the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) with code PLBRE0000020.

The admission of the above-mentioned shares to trading as of 26 June 2026 is conditional upon the execution by the National Depository for Securities on 26 June 2026 of the conversion of the above registered shares of the Bank into ordinary bearer shares and their assimilation with the Bank’s shares already traded on the stock exchange, designated with code PLBRE0000012.
