With reference to the current report dated 18 June 2026 regarding the admission to trading of 5,500 mBank S.A. (“Bank”) shares, the Bank’s Management Board announces that on 19 June 2026, the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., “KDPW”) resolved to carry out, on 26 June 2026, the assimilation of 5,500 ordinary bearer shares of the Bank, created as a result of the conversion on 26 June 2026 of 5,500 registered ordinary shares of the Bank designated with code PLBRE0000020, with 42.536.865 ordinary bearer shares designated with code PLBRE0000012. The shares subject to assimilation will be assigned the code PLBRE0000012. As of 19 June 2026: 1. 42 542 365 Bank shares are designated with code PLBRE0000012, 2. 5,500 Bank shares are designated with code PLBRE0000020. | ||||||||||
