Please be informed that on 9 February 2016 mBank S.A. introduces amendments to the 'Regulations PLN and FX Term Deposits for Institutional Clients', involving modification of:

1. the provisions concerning complaints in the scope of place and form of filing complaints, time-limit for handling complaints and the manner of notifying Clients about a complaint having been resolved,
2. the personal data protection clauses,
3. the manner of delivering the amendments to the 'Regulations PLN and FX Term Deposits for Institutional Clients' to Clients - in the future, information on such amendments will be published on the Bank’s website at www.mbank.pl/aktualnosci/msp-korporacje (information on amendments will not be delivered to the Client in a written form, unless the Client submits a written instruction to the Account Manager to deliver the amendments to the Regulations in a paper form).

The amended 'Regulations PLN and FX Term Deposits for Institutional Clients' enter into force on 11 March 2016.
