We would like to remind you that by 31 October 2016, EU Member States not using the euro currency must adapt to the changes in the manner of executing SEPA payments. The changes result from Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council no. 260/2012 dated 14 March 2012 establishing technical and business requirements for credit transfers and direct debits in euro and amending Regulation (EC) No 924/2009 (EC) no. 924/2009.

Among other things, these changes introduce the obligation to forward SEPA payments only in the form of notifications compliant with the XML standard based on the ISO 20022 norm between participants of the process of settling such a payment.

The information was also provided in the form of an operational message and a message to Clients importing SEPA transfers at the end of March this year.

As mBank wishes to support its clients, especially those who cannot adjust themselves on their own to the aforementioned requirements within the specified period, mBank made an application available which converts SEPA transfers to the required format.

With the functionality of this application it is also possible to convert orders of other types to the ISO20022 standard accepted by mBank.   The application will be available from 19 September 2016 within the screen of importing orders to the mBank CompanyNet system - in the form of a package containing the program and the relevant documentation written in three languages, i.e. in Polish, English and German.

Änderungen zu Abwicklungs- und Bearbeitungsregeln für SEPA-Überweisungsaufträge

„Wir möchten Ihnen mitteilen, dass bis zum 31. Oktober 2016 die EU-Mitgliedstaaten, die der Eurozone nicht angehören, sich an die Änderungen zur Methode der Abwicklung von SEPA-Zahlungen anpassen müssen. Die oben genannten Änderungen ergeben sich aus der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 260/2012 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 14. März 2012 zur Festlegung der technischen Vorschriften und der Geschäftsanforderungen für Überweisungen und Lastschriften in Euro und zur Änderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 924/2009.

Aufgrund der neuen Regeln dürfen u. a. SEPA-Zahlungen ausschließlich in der Form von XML ISO 20022-Nachrichten zwischen den Verrechnungsparteien übertragen werden.

Die Auskünfte wurden auch in Form einer Meldung im mBank CompanyNet und als Mitteilungen an Kunden, die SEPA-Aufträge importieren, Ende März 2016 übermittelt.

Zur Unterstützung derjenigen von Ihnen, die in der bestimmten Zeitspanne keine Möglichkeit sich selbständig den genannten Anforderungen anzupassen haben, hat die mBank eine Anwendung zur Konvertierung von SEPA-Aufträgen ins verlangte Format zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Anwendung ermöglicht auch die Konvertierung sonstiger Aufträge in den durch die mBank akzeptierten ISO20022-Standard. Die oben genannte Anwendung wird ab dem 19.09.2016 im Rahmen des Fensters, welches Ihnen ermöglicht, Aufträge zum System mBank CompanyNet zu importieren - in Form eines Pakets mit dem Programm und der Programmdokumentation in drei Sprachen: Polnisch, Englisch und Deutsch bereitgestellt.
