With reference to the current report of 14 November 2016 on the introduction of 5,500 shares of mBank S.A. ("|Bank"|) to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Management Board of the Bank announces that on 15 November 2016, the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt Papieró|w Wartościowych SA) decided to assimilate, on 18 November 2016, 5,500 ordinary bearer's shares of the Bank created after the conversion of 5,500 ordinary registered shares of the Bank having the code PLBRE0000020 to 42,262,627 ordinary bearer's shares of the Bank having the code PLBRE0000012.

The shares covered by the assimilation are given the code PLBRE0000012.

As of 18 November 2016:

1) 42,268,127 shares of the Bank bear the code PLBRE0000012,

2) 12,000 shares of the Bank bear the code PLBRE0000020.
