The Management Board of mBank S.A. (Bank) announces that on 12 December 2016 Bank was informed that the Executive Vice-President, Mr. Hans -Dieter Kemler intends to resign from their positions in the Bank's functions in the near future.

The reason for the resignation of Mr Kemler are his future plans to take on new tasks within the German Landesbank Hessen Thueringen (Helaba) as a member of the Board of Helaba responsible for capital markets, treasury and asset management.
