The 26th Annual General Meeting of BRE Bank SA - appointment of an auditor to audit financial statements

Current Report No. 35/2013The Management Board of BRE Bank SA (the Bank") hereby announces that, acting under Article 11(n) of the By-laws of the Bank, on 11 April 2013, the Annual General Meeting of the Bank appointed Ernst &| Young Audit sp. z o.o. as the auditor to examine the Bank&rsquo|s financial statements and consolidated financial statements of BRE Bank SA Capital Group for 2013 and 2014.As a result of the aforesaid decision of the 26th Annual General Meeting, the Bank intends to execute an agreement with Ernst &| Young Audit sp. z o.o. for a period of two years, i.e. 2013 and 2014.Ernst &| Young Audit sp. z o.o. (with its registered office situated at Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw) is entered in the list of auditors authorised to examine financial statements under number 130.The Bank has not used the audit services of Ernst &| Young Audit sp. z o.o. in the past years."
