Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026 and change of the date of publication of the Annual Report for 2025

Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026 and change of the date of publication of the Annual Report for 2025 With reference to the current report No. 59/2024 dated 29 November 2024, the Management Board of mBank S.A. informs about the change of the date of publication of the Consolidated and standalone Annual Report for 2025. Consolidated and standalone Annual Report for 2025 will be published on 26 February 2026 instead of 3 March 2026. The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces the publication dates of the periodic reports: 1) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – 30 April 2026 2) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 containing condensed semi-annual standalone financial statements – 30 July 2026 3) Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 – 29 October 2026 4) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report for 2026 – 27 February 2027. In addition, the Management Board of mBank announces that the Bank decided not to publish consolidated quarterly reports for the second and fourth quarters pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 6 June 2025 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state. At the same time, the Management Board of the Bank informs that the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2025 in the form of a current report will be published on 10 February 2026 and the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2026 in the form of a current report will be published on 5 February 2027.
