(Bank) hereby announces that on 17 November 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Bank adopted a resolution to suspend as of 17 November 2025 Ms. Julia Nusser, Vice-president of the management board, chief people and regulatory officer, from her duties as a Member of the Management Board of the Bank for a period until 31 March 2026 due to an illness that temporarily prevents her from performing her duties.
