Pursuant to Art. 32 of the Foreign Exchange Law, at BRE Bank, Customers filing a payment order relating to foreign exchange trading have to give data required by the National Bank of Poland to prepare a payment balance sheet and an international investment position with regard to foreign exchange trading through BRE Bank (so called "statistical payment codes"). In the case of payment orders filed through electronic banking systems of BRE Bank (iBRE, BRESOK), Customers shall give a correct statistical payment code in the field "Statistical payment title" ("Statistical code") (it is no possible to place an order without such code). In the case of paper payment orders, statistical payment codes should be given in the Customer's written order. In such a case, the code given in the order should be preceded with words "Statistical payment code:".
