On 1 March 2023 the amended Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A. will enter into force.

In Part II of the Regulations:

• we updated the contents of the statement accepted by the client when signing an agreement / an amending annex using a ZPU application (ZPU – remote agreement signing process) in the Virtual Branch in mBank CompanyNet, 
• we updated information on:
  - mobile banking,
  - security (updating the user’s personal data);
• we removed the provision on signing electronic invoices for products and services provided by mBank with a qualified electronic signature.
