BRE Bank was awarded a Laureate title, Statuette and Promotional Emblem of Entrepreneur-Friendly Bank with 7 Gold Stars in the 14th edition of the Entrepreneur-Friendly Bank contest organised by the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Polish-American Small Business Advisory Foundation. BRE Bank won the main award in the "Universal Bank" category. It received the Laureate title in recognition of creating a unique standard for servicing entrepreneurs, building a team of highly-qualified experts to cooperate with small and medium-sized enterprises as well as developing a product offer which supports growth of businesses and Polish economy. Moreover, BRE Bank received a Diamond Statuette for regular enhancement and streamlining of friendly cooperation with SME over the last 10 years. These distinctions evidence that BRE Bank is appreciated for its activity in the area of SME, high availability of the offer and high standards for servicing SME clients.The Promotional Emblem is awarded to financial institutions positively verified in both stages of the contest, i.e. institutions which show a businesslike approach to and understanding of the nature of problems faced by entrepreneurs as well as those which made the effort necessary to take advantage of emerging possibilities to build a strong relation with the SME sector with the use of cutting-edge technology and HR potential. For the first time BRE Bank competed in the contest together with its retail brands – mBank and MultiBank. By the end of the year all three brands will have been integrated and will start operating under mBank name. The Entrepreneur-Friendly Bank contest is aimed at supporting the development of high culture of cooperation of financial institutions and entrepreneurs of the SME sector, strengthening mutual trust, bringing innovations launched in financial institutions into general use in order to better cater for the financial needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the first place, the contest objective is to award institutions taking considerable effort to make their offer of services for the SME sector more available.
