We would like to inform you about the following:

1. 1.  Since BRE Bank SA has changed its name to mBank S.A., the title of the document "Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at BRE Bank SA" is changed to „Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A."
2. 2. Provisions for concluding term deposit transactions and spot currency exchange transactions have been amended.
3. 3. It is possible to use the Developer Escrow Accounts module and mBank CompanyConnect Partner Package service through the mBank CompanyNet system.
4. 4.  The guidelines set forth in Recommendation D have been implemented.
5. 5. Regulations on Customer complaints and data protection have been amended.
