As of 19 March 2016 , the Terms and Conditions of Using the “Nowy EFEKT” and “Nowy EFEKT Plus” versions of the SME Package will change. The key changes include:

- adding new provisions governing complaints, including information about where and how one can submit a complaint, time limits for handling complaints and the manner of notifying clients about resolved complaints,
- modifying the personal data protection clauses,
- removing the provisions governing the offer of overdrpaft and guarantee under simplified procedure up to PLN 600,000. Now, small and medium-sized enterprises may apply for more products up to the PLN 1,000,000 limit as part of Financing for SMEs under the generally applicable terms.
