Changes in the Tariff of Banking Fees and Commissions of mBank for SME and Corporates

On 15 March 2021 we will introduce changes to the “Tariff of Banking Fees and Commissions of mBank for SME and Corporates”.

The change consists in:
1. introduction of a fee for additional activities related to the special nature of service provided to payment service providers,
2. increase in the fees for support with/consultations on integration of the electronic banking systems with the Client's systems,
3. introduction of a definition of the basic mBank CompanyNet transactional module,
4. clarification that the monthly fee for using a hardware or mobile token will be charged for the first time on 31 March 2021 for all tokens active the day before,
5. lowering the fee for modifying the terms and conditions of a SWIFTNET Korpo agreement,
6. introduction, within the SME Package, of:
a. fee for each user of the mBank CompanyNet system within the SME Package eCommerce,
b. replacement of the balance condition by the condition providing for a certain number of executed transfers within the SME Package “Pakiet Równowaga”,
7. differentiation between statements provided via SWIFT and statements provided via electronic banking systems,
8. introduction of a commission for the lack of the inflows to the Client’s account required under the guarantee agreement and the documentary letter of credit agreement,
9. introduction of the fee for the failure to submit, in a timely manner, documents required under the Regulations on Providing Credit Risk Bearing Products, the guarantee agreement, and the documentary letter of credit agreement,
10. increase in the fees for preparing a non-standard opinion or information about the Client.
