mBank will not issue VAT invoices for bank’s opinions, bank account ownership certificates and opinions for auditors (so-called bank confirmations) issued from 1 October 2023.
We have received an individual interpretation of tax law issued by the Head of the National Tax Information Office (KIS), which stated that the services of issuing opinions and certificates are exempt from VAT.
We are not changing gross prices of services specified in the Tariff of Banking Fees and Commissions of mBank for SME and Corporates.
