Amendments to the Regulations "mBank S.A. Internet Customer Service System mBank CompanyNet"


mBank S.A. would like to inform you about the following amendments to the Regulations "mBank S.A. Internet Customer Service System mBank CompanyNet":

1. introduction of provisions regarding the anti-fraud filter and Clients' obligation to update personal data in the mBank CompanyNet system,
2. preparation of provisions regarding the process of applying for early loan repayments,
3. introduction of provisions governing the notification service rendered by the Bank consisting in sending notifications about the refusal to execute orders submitted in mBank CompanyNet,
4. preparation of an additional appendix to the mBank CompanyNet System Customer's Access Rights Card, with the use of which clients may apply for access to the aforementioned notification service,
5. update of the appendix to the mBank CompanyNet Agreement - mBank CompanyNet System Customer's Access Rights Card - "Loan repayment" option was added in the "Basic transactional module" part, "Online deposit" was added in the "Cash" part.
