We are amending the Description of Transactions in Debt Securities (“Transaction Description”).
Key changes concern buy-back transactions:

• we introduced a delivery cut-off time, that is the time by which the seller should deliver securities,
• we specified, in greater detail, the buyer’s rights in the case where the seller does not deliver securities by the cut-off time.

We encourage you to read the new Transaction Description, which will enter into force on 1 March 2023.
