Rules for servicing cash

    Information concerning servicing cash in a currency other than PLN

    • For clients serviced in retail branches:

      • servicing foreign currencies in branches concerns only USD and EUR in banknotes. The bank does not service the following currencies: the yuan, the leu, the ruble, the lira and the lev for retail clients

       

      For SMEs and Corporates:

      • cash transactions in the following foreign currencies are not effected: CNY (China), BGN (Bulgaria), RON (Romania), TRY (Turkey)
      • coins of the following currencies are not purchased: Australia (AUD), Canada (CAD), Bulgaria (BGN), Japan (JPY), Czech Republic (CZK), Hungary (HUF), Russia (RUB)
      • fees and commissions specified in the Tariff of banking fees and commissions at mBank for SME and Corporates

    Conditions for the execution of a cash withdrawal subject to prior order
      • for PLN, EUR and USD for an amount of less than or equal to PLN 20,000 or the equivalent of this amount in EUR or USD - the Client shall submit the order by 11.30 a.m. one business day prior to withdrawal (applicable to closed withdrawals only)
      • for PLN, EUR and USD for an amount of more than PLN 20,000 or the equivalent of this amount in EUR or USD - the Client shall submit the order by 10.00 a.m. one business day prior to withdrawal (applicable to open and closed withdrawals)
      • for the remaining currencies, regardless of the amount - the Client shall submit the order by 10.00 a.m. two business days prior to withdrawal (applicable to open and closed withdrawals)
